- President of the Jefferson Institute that taught adults investment principles and entrepreneurship. 1985-1990.
- Invited by the Minister of Higher Education of the USSR to go to the Soviet Union and teach people how to start businesses in the new, emerging free market (Russia hasn't quite gotten there yet.)1990-1991.

- Stoddard Consulting -- marketing, advertising consulting.
- Educator: while doing the above items I also taught either college writing or entrereneurship or was a guest lecturer on business or how to help singers earn a living at USC, UCLA, Stanford, Willamette Univ., Univ. of Calgary, Utah State, UVU, BYU, Walsh Univ. DePauw Univ., Univ. of Kentucky, Binghamton, New York University, University of Havana (that is a really bizarre tale), Moscow State University.
- Writer: Written 16 books on business, marketing and advertising. Also written 3 plays including a musical and a book of short stories and poems.
- Pleased to be married to Elizabeth and have had 7 children and expecting our 23rd grandchild. I've got a lot invested in this great State and wonderful United States of America.
